BBQ Rangers Updates: The Latest

Russell and his intrepid crew will be crossing the parish line and putting up our booth at the annual La Grande Boucherie des Cajuns in beautiful St. Martinville, this coming Saturday.

The annual celebration includes greased pig chasing events, the slaughter of the pig, and big name Cajun bands. There will be great Cajun and Creole food and a couple/few thousand revelers are expected. Let's hope for good weather!

We will be selling Russell's BBQ Sauces, sampling with pork chop pieces on a toothpick (swimming in Russells, of course!).

We will be back in St. Martinville for the Crab Fair on 14 March. This event is held twice a year, at the Longfellow/Evangeline State Park, on the north end of town. We will be selling BBQ there, likely sausage po boys and burgers.
